Hon Hai Technology Group (Foxconn) has set up a dedicated Corporate Integrity unit through the Safety Department. In order to advocate for honesty and investigate corruption matters, reporting to the Board of Directors regularly.Furthermore, any setting, amendment or removal of the “Corporate Integrity Code of Conduct“ will need to be approved by the Board of Directors.
The Company's Board of Directors will adhere to the Duty of Good Faith, and supervise the Company to prevent dishonest behavior, and ensure the thorough implementation of Corporate Integrity.
Corporate Integrity Code of Conduct
Hon Hai Technology Group (Foxconn) has established an effective internal control system and carries out education and training for all employees on CoC every year regularly. Foxconn employees are required to sign a Honesty, Integrity & IP Protection Agreement when joining the Company, and during their first day, will be educated in regards to employee guidelines, policies, and corporate integrity.
Foxconn asks its suppliers, manufacturers and customers to sign “Partner Commitment” and strictly implement high-standard anti-corruption policies as the premise for cooperation.
Hosted training pertaining to ethical management in 2021, including insider trading, trade secrets and legal general education information and telecom network operating procedures and principles, and company information security courses. Courses were participated by 1,453 staff (headcount) for 2,906 hours cumulatively.
Whistle-blowing Mechanism
Within of the Corporate Integrity Code of Conduct in enacted in 2015, within it describes the details of the Whistle-blowing mechanism and relevant procedures through the Company's website.
In order to guarantee corporate sustainability, promote whistle-blowing on illegal activities, the Corporate Integrity Code of Conduct clearly require whistle-blowers to remain anonymous to protect the identity of the whistle-blower.
Implementation of Corporate Integrity

Furthermore, the Company requires employees sign "Employee Declaration", "Employee Integrity Commitment" and "Honesty, Integrity & IP Protection Agreement", and routinely invites internal and external experts to provide insight to employees regarding relevant law amendments, to prevent any possible mistakes.
